The repair scope consisted of removing the improperly installed stucco over the frame on 29 2-story townhome buildings. Once the stucco was removed, any damaged and missing framing was repaired, new hold-downs and straps were added per engineering specifications, and the buildings were reconstructed and repainted.

Paseo Condominiums (Ft. Myers)

The repair scope consisted of removing the improperly installed stucco over the frame on thirty-one balconies, one whole building, and eleven lintel replacements over garages. Once the stucco was removed, any damaged and missing framing was repaired, new hold-downs and straps were added per engineering specifications, and the buildings were reconstructed and repainted.

The repair scope consisted of removing the improperly installed stucco over the frame on 39 2-story condominiums. Schooner Cove Condominiums (Tampa)
195 Units (65 Buildings)
The repair scope consisted of removing the improperly installed stucco over the frame on 65 2-story condominiums.
